Shipping and Delivery Guidelines
Shipping and Delivery Guidelines
Evarpex offers flexible fulfillment models so you can ship with confidence. Choose between storing stock in our hubs or dispatching from your warehouse, with clear service levels for both options.
Fulfilment Options Explained
We support two primary fulfilment models so you can choose what fits your business:
Evarpex Fulfilment (Stock in Our Hub)
Send your inventory to an Evarpex fulfilment centre. We store, pick, pack, ship, and handle returns. Ideal for fast-moving items that benefit from Prime-level speed.
Merchant Fulfilment (Stock in Your Warehouse)
Keep inventory in your own facility. You pack each order and hand it to an Evarpex drop-off hub or approved pick-up rider within the SLA.
If You Store in an Evarpex Fulfilment Hub
- Deliver stock to the assigned hub with complete manifests and barcode labels.
- Our team handles storage, packaging, shipping, and first-level returns.
- Products receive the “Evarpex Fulfilment” badge, improving conversion and search ranking.
- Inventory levels are tracked in real time; low-stock alerts help you replenish quickly.
Use this model for best sellers and seasonal campaigns where speed is critical.
If You Ship from Your Own Warehouse
- Pick and pack orders within 24 hours and hand them to an Evarpex drop-off hub or approved rider within 48 hours.
- Use tamper-proof packaging and include all accessories. Parcels must carry the Evarpex shipping and product code labels.
- Keep proof of dispatch (pickup rider signature or hub receipt) for every order.
- Coordinate with your assigned logistics partner for oversized goods; special rates may apply.
This model suits brands with strong in-house warehousing or niche catalogues.
Delivery SLAs You Must Meet
- Order confirmation: Validate inventory within 2 business hours of order receipt.
- Dispatch: Hand over parcels within 48 hours (24 hours for express-tier sellers).
- Tracking: Upload tracking IDs immediately after handover so customers can follow progress.
- Customer communication: Proactively inform buyers about delays or bulky-item arrangements.
Falling short of these KPIs affects your seller score and may trigger service restrictions.
Why Delivery Quality Matters
Reliable shipping protects your reputation and reduces customer churn. Consistently late or damaged deliveries lead to refunds, negative reviews, and potential suspension.
- Protect the customer: Quick, safe delivery builds trust.
- Protect your business: Avoid penalties tied to failed delivery metrics.
- Win priority placement: Sellers with high delivery scores receive merchandising boosts.
