Quality Control Standards

Quality control (QC) protects our customers and your brand. Every parcel dropped at an Evarpex hub is inspected to confirm it matches the listing, is properly packaged, and meets our safety guidelines.

What Our QC Team Checks

When you drop off an order at an Evarpex hub or at one of our approved partner logistics hubs nationwide, our quality agents confirm that:

  • The packaging is secure, tamper-free, and appropriate for the product.
  • The item inside matches the listing information (brand, colour, size, model, and specifications).
  • Accessories, manuals, and warranty cards are included (where applicable).
  • Labels and barcodes are readable so the parcel can move through the network quickly.

Note: All drop-off and pick-up locations, whether managed directly by Evarpex or by our partner logistics companies, follow these same quality standards.

Why QC Matters

Passing QC keeps customers happy, reduces returns, and protects your seller score. Failed inspections trigger customer complaints, delayed payouts, and can lead to account penalties. Treat every parcel as if you are handing it directly to the buyer.

Common Reasons Orders Fail QC

  • Packaging is damaged, incomplete, or missing protective materials.
  • The product differs from what was advertised (wrong colour, size, model, or SKU).
  • Items appear used, refurbished, or tampered with.
  • Counterfeit products or missing authenticity indicators.
  • The parcel is missing the Evarpex product code label or barcode.

If your parcel fails QC, it will be returned for correction. Multiple failures will impact your seller score and may suspend your drop-off privileges. If the order is designated for seller-venue pick-up, our rider (pick-up agent) will perform this inspection and reject the parcel on the spot.

How to Prepare for QC

  1. Package items using sturdy boxes, bubble wrap, and tamper-evident tape.
  2. Confirm the listing details (brand, colour, SKU) before labelling the parcel.
  3. Attach the Evarpex shipping label and product code clearly on the package.
  4. Include user manuals, warranty cards, and accessories in sealed pouches.
  5. Drop off within the promised handling time to avoid late shipment penalties (applies to both Evarpex and partner hubs).

We are building category-specific QC checklists—fashion, electronics, beauty, etc.—which will be published soon in the Seller Academy.
